Funeral services for William G. "Bill" LaRoche, 70, of Lower Brule, SD will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the Lower Brule Community Center in Lower Brule, SD with burial in the Holy Comforter Episcopal Cemetery at Lower Brule.  Wake services will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the Lower Brule Community Center in Lower Brule, SD.

Anyone wishing to follow, the procession will leave from funeral home on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.

William George "Bill" LaRoche was born December 4, 1951 to Norman Wilson and Vera St. Pierre.  He attended elementary school in Fort Pierre and graduated from Stanley County High School.  After high school, he attended colleges in different states including in Oklahoma and Arizona.  His education was in accounting and later artistry in both writing and drawing.  Bill worked as an accountant and also as an artist.

William "Bill" passed away on February 17 2022 at Sanford Care Center in Chamberlain, SD at the age of 70 years.  Gratefully sharing his life are his two brothers Tony LaRoche and Rick LaRoche, three sisters Patsy Schuler, Donna Huber, Sandra Swift Eagle; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceding him in death were his parents, brothers Marvin LaRoche, Louie LaRoche, Francis Ziegler, and a sister Amy Delaney.
