Funeral services for Talisa M. Fleury 35, of Mitchell, SD will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 2, 2024 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Fort Thompson with burial in the Presbyterian Cemetery at Crow Creek, SD.  Wake services will be Thursday and Friday at 7:00 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Fort Thompson, SD.

Talisa Marie Fleury was born on September 23, 1989 to Richard G. Fleury and Theresa M. (Wind) Fleury.  Talisa was called home to begin her journey on October 26, 2024.

Talisa grew up in Fort Thompson.  Talisa attended grade school in Fort Thompson and high school at Crow Creek Tribal School in Stephan, SD.  She met the love of her life in 2009 and were married on July 29, 2015.  To this union, her and Shane had Lenzy, Shanessa, Shanell, and Shaneice.

She enjoyed playing basketball, listening to music, arts and crafts, cooking, laughing and teasing around and spending time with family and friends.  She worked as a housekeeper and various other jobs.  Most of all she enjoyed being a mother to her kids.  She had a big heart.

Thankful for sharing her life are her husband Shane, son Lenzy of Rapid City, Shanessa and her twins Shanell, and Shaneice of Mitchell, SD, her siblings Conrad Fleury of Fort Thompson, SD, Gary Fleury of Omaha, NE, Craig Fleury of Omaha, NE, Buffy Dion of Fort Thompson, SD, and Jamie McGhee of St. Paul, MN.

Preceding her in death were her parents Richard Fleury and Theresa (Wind) Fleury, two brothers Lindsey and Preston Fleury, and a sister Martina Fleury.
