Funeral services for Sharon K. Bagola, 59, of Fort Thompson, SD will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 25, 2025 at the Crow Creek Tribal Gymnasium in Fort Thompson, SD with burial in the Conkicaska Presbyterian Cemetery at Fort Thompson, SD. Wake services will be 7:00 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday at the Crow Creek Tribal Gymnasium in Fort Thompson, SD.
Sharon Kay was born on February 15, 1966, in Wessington Springs, SD to Jim & Madeline (Harrison) Felicia, the youngest twin & her sister Karen May Felicia went on before her. She attended Ft. Thompson Elementary, Crow Creek High School and Mitchell Vo-Tech.
Sharon met Gordon Bagola while attending Crow Creek High School in 1982. They were "High School Sweetheart's": Together they had five children. Tigh, Calvin, Dillon, Shania and Diedre. On May 11, 2017, Sharon and Gordy decided to marry after many years together.
Sharon was a kind hearted, giving person, sharing what she had with anyone who crossed her path. She had a special love for all her nephews, praising them whether it was good or bad. She saw good in everyone.
She had no specific hobby but played pool in her basement and was quite good at it. Her favorite TV Show was "The Golden Girls".
Sharon passed away on July 20, 2025 at her home in Fort Thompson, SD. Grateful for sharing her life are her husband, Gordon Bagola, her five children Tigh, Calvin, Dillon, Shania, and Deidrie and seven grandchildren Del Roy, Adrianna, Devon, Dawson, Kalynn, Delilah, and Warrior. Her siblings, Alsephine Joseph (Ft. Thompson), Puggy & Pat Hawk (Mission, SD), Bill Hawk (Ft. Thompson), Marilyn Felicia (Bad Nation), Lynn McGhee (Crow Creek), Wally Felicia, Faron Felicia, Karen Felicia & Cody Felicia.
Preceding her in death are her parents; Jim & Madeline Felicia, brothers: Wally,+ Faron & Cody Felicia, twin sister Karen Felicia., nephews: Roger, Aaron & Rodney Joseph, Albert Hawk, Gerrad Scott, Darren McGhee, CJ Shields, Trent Felicia and Granddaughters Maliyah Shields and Nilah Brown.
