Ryanna Elizabeth Obago was born to Lois Obago on January 20, 1995. Our beloved Sissy entered into the Spirit World on September 5, 2026.

Ryanna lived most of her life in Fort Thompson East Side. Working jobs here and there, she did her best to take care of herself, although life wasn’t always easy for her at times, she persevered. Ryanna graduated high school from Crow Creek High School Class of 2013. She was a proud Chieftain.

Ryanna was blessed with three children are Destiny Neveah, Elias Lee’Ray, and Da’Ryah Love. She loved them with all her heart and did the best she could for them. On December 17, 2025, her heart was forever broken when she lost her baby son Elias. Sissy never recovered from his loss. Although she kept a brave front, everyone who really knew her knew she was broken on the inside.

She was a good friend and always quick with a good laugh. We will miss that smile and contagious laugh.

In June of 2025, Ryanna found out she had cirrhosis. She tried her best to take care of herself. She started her journey to the Star Nation on September 5, 2026 at Sanford Medical Center in Chamberlain. She is survived by her daughters Destiny and Da’Ryah, mother Lois, step dad Glenn, special auntie Christine, brothers Raymond Johnson Sr., Brian Chaske Miller, Phillip Bear Face III, and Ramon Bear Face, sisters Cassie Obago, Shaunna Rae Shields, Glenn Chris Clover Shields, and Cloe Chris Bear Face, and many other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her baby son Elias Lee’Ray, dad Chris Bear Face, maternal grandparents Lester and Iva Obago, paternal grandparents Phillip Bear Face Sr. and Winifred Jones, special uncle Ryan Obago and many other relatives.

Journey good, my beautiful baby girl. Words cannot express how much I love you or how much I am going to miss you, my first baby girl. I love you, Ryanna Elizabeth. Mom
