Funeral services for Myrna J. Kubik, 83, of Mitchell formerly of Reliance, SD will be 10:00 am Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Chamberlain with burial in the Reliance Cemetery at Reliance, SD.  Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Friday with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at the Zion Lutheran Church in Chamberlain.

Myrna Jean Hallman was born to Walter and Hannah (Peck) Hallman on May 30, 1935.  Myrna attended country school.  On June 22, 1953, Myrna was united in marriage to Joseph Kubik at Pierre, SD.  They made their home in the Reliance area where they farmed and ranched.

Myrna was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Reliance.

Myrna went to her heavenly home on Sunday, December 23, 2018 under hospice at White Lake, SD at the age of 83 years.  Gratefully sharing her life are her two sons Tim (Jeannie) Kubik of Mitchell and Dallas (Kara) Kubik of Dell Rapids; grandchildren Kim Kubik, Robert (Amanda) Kubik, Dustin Kubik, Samantha Kubik, Taylor Kubik, Dalton (April) Kubik, Savannah (Rowdy) Olson, and Karoline Kubik; great grandchildren Gabbriella, Ryker, Ivy, Arabella, Aliana, and Haddie Kubik along with another one on the way.  She is also survived by her brother James Hallman; and three sisters Madonna Boe, Marlene Cunningham, and Mary Hoffman.

Preceding her in death were her husband Joseph; parents Walter and Hannah Hallman; sisters Mildred, Melba, Marjorie; and brothers Lawrence, Walter, Donald, John, and an infant brother.
