Funeral services for Megan Janine Howe, 30 of Stephan will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 1, 2026, at the Crow Creek Tribal Hall with burial in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery at Stephan.  Wake services will be held Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st at 7:00 p.m.

Anyone wishing to follow, the procession will leave the Funeral Home Saturday at 12:00 noon.

Megan Janine Howe was born September 3rd, 1995 to Royce Howe, Sr and Tracy Thunder Horse.

Megan grew up in Ft. Thompson, SD. She attended elementary school in Ft. Thompson and High
School at Crow Creek Tribal Schools. After High School Megan joined the Army National Guard in
Fort Sill, Oklahoma and in Ft. Leonard wood, Missouri.

During her time in the guards she met Kyle Middletent, with whom she had 2 beautiful children: Karson and Kaileah. They were her world.

Megan loved to be with her family and friends. Hanging out cruising around and jamming out. Megan had this personality and smile that is going be missed by all.

Megan is survived by her Dad: Royce (Virginia) Howe, Sr., Mom: Tracy Thunder Horse, Brothers: Claye (Tracy) Thunder Horse, Royce Howe, Jr., (B-Money), Kaylen Curley, Terry Curley and Her Babies: Karson and Kaileah Middletent.

Preceding her death: Grandma Helena Harrison. Brothers: Kyle Curley, Koy Curley, Lil sister Marlena Thunder Horse, Grandma's, and  Grandpa's Aunts, Uncles and Relatives to numerous to mention.
