Funeral services for Kimberly K. Juhnke, 30, of Chamberlain will be 10:00 am Thursday, April 19, 2018 at St. James Catholic Church in Chamberlain with burial in the Riverview Cemetery at Chamberlain.  Visitation will begin Wednesday at St. James Catholic Church in Chamberlain at 5:00 pm with a scripture service at 7:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred for her son Jack.

Kimberly Kay Juhnke was born October 16, 1987 to Randy and Doris (Schlechter) Juhnke in Pierre, SD.  She attended school at Chamberlain graduating from Chamberlain High School in 2006.  During high school, Kim was involved in gymnastics, cheerleading, softball, and swim team.  After high school, Kim attended Southeast Technical Institute in Sioux Falls where she graduated with an Associate's Degree in 2009.

Her son Jack Ronald Juhnke was born on February 3, 2016 and was the light of her life. She enjoyed spending time with her niece, nephews, and all her family.

Kim was an avid cat lover and was often seen walked by a dog larger than she was.

Kim passed away on April 14, 2018 at Sanford Medical Center in Chamberlain at the age of 30 years.  Gratefully sharing her life are her son Jack; her parents Randy and Doris Juhnke; her brother Brian and Alex Juhnke and their children William, Gretchen, and Hayden; and her special friend Shawn Marsh.

Preceding her in death were her grandfathers Maurice Schlechter and Ronald Juhnke; and cousins Cole Juhnke and Jack Schulz.
