Funeral services for Kevin L. Johnson, 29, of Lower Brule, SD will be 1:00 pm Friday December 18, 2020 at the Lower Brule Community Center in Lower Brule, SD with burial in the Messiah Episcopal Cemetery at Iron Nation, SD.  Wake services will be Thursday evening at 7:00 pm at the Lower Brule Community Center in Lower Brule, SD.

Kevin Louis Johnson was born April 2, 1991 to Lynette LaRoche and Kalvin Johnson Sr.  He attended school in Lower Brule.

Kevin enjoyed life to the fullest.  Kevin was genuine, kind-hearted and humorous. Kevin loved his siblings, Darius LaRoche†, Kellie Johnson, Kezrai LaRoche, Kalvin Johnson Jr., Fayelee Johnson and his Mother and Father. If it's one thing we can remember about Kevin, is that he loved all of his many friends and relatives.

Kevin passed away on December 11, 2020 at his home in Lower Brule at the age of 29 years.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Audrey Johnson, Faye Banks, Ramona Wilson-Johnson, Alvin Johnson Sr.; Aunts, Cathy Hay, Lynelle Fallis, and Jacqueline Johnson; Uncle, Tim Fallis; Father, Kalvin Johnson Sr., Brother, Darius LaRoche; and niece Audrey St. Cloud.
