Funeral services for Kellie K. Johnson, 31, of Lower Brule, SD will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 27, 2025 at the Hilltop Baptist Church in Lower Brule, SD with burial in the Holy Comforter Episcopal Cemetery at Lower Brule, SD.  Wake services will be 7:00 p.m., Friday at the Hilltop Baptist Church in Lower Brule, SD.

Anyone wishing to follow, the procession will leave from funeral home on Friday at 2:00 p.m.

Kellie Kayleen Johnson was born on November 22, 1994 to Lynette LaRoche and Kalvin Johnson Sr. She was raised in Lower Brule, SD.

Kellie attended schooling in Lower Brule, St. Joes, Lyman.

Kellie enjoyed life to the fullest. She was kind-hearted, humorous, and compassionate.

she loved laughing and joking with her family and friends. She shared a close bond with her siblings Kevin Johnson†, Darius LaRoche†, Kezrai LaRoche, Kalvin Johnson Jr., Fayelee Johnson.

Kellie was a loving mother whose greatest joy was her children. She is survived by her oldest son, Eugene Johnson, 7.

Kellie was also preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Audrey Johnson who was born sleeping in June of 2020.

Kellie will be remembered for her love, strength, and the bond she shared with her family and children. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
