Private graveside services will be held for Kathie A. Keiner, 68, of Lawrenceville, GA in the Grandview Cemetery at Ola, SD.

Kathie Ann Keiner, age 68, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on March 19, 2022 in hospice after suffering a short illness.  She was born December 3, 1953 in Chamberlain, SD, the fourth child of Robert Keiner Sr. and Dolores (Leiferman) Keiner.  In 1974, she graduated from the National College of Business in Rapid City, SD and furthering her education by getting a B.S. in Computer Information Systems in Sioux Falls, SD in 1990.  In 1993, she transferred to Lawrenceville, GA.  For a portion of her career, she worked for Bell South Corporation AT&T.  In 2009, Kathie again returned to school to continue her education and complete her master's degree.  Throughout her career she worked various jobs and private business consulting.  Kathie was always a very hard worker and took pride in all her accomplishments.

She was a very independent and strong woman.  She loved to oil paint landscapes and had a beautifully landscaped yard.  She loved the family farm, gardening, and her four pet kitties.

Kathie is survived by her two sisters Mary Keiner of Sioux Falls, SD and Connie (Al) McGraw of Independence, IA; three brothers Dan (Kathe) Keiner of Omaha, NE, Tom (Anita) Keiner of Spearfish, SD, and Robert "Bobby" Keiner Jr. of Chamberlain, SD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her mother, father, aunts, uncles, and two special close friends Ann and James.
