Funeral services Jody L. McGhee, 59, of Chamberlain will be 1:00 pm Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the Hickey Funeral Chapel in Chamberlain with visitation beginning one hour prior to the funeral.

Jody will be buried in the Presbyterian Cemetery at Crow Creek, SD.

Jody Lynn McGhee was born July 26, 1959 to LeRoy and Detta (Hopkins) McGhee at Chamberlain, SD.

Jody passed away on December 3, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Center in Miller, SD at the age of 59 years.  She shared her life with her sister Pam McGhee of Aberdeen, her brother Donavan McGhee, her adopted sisters Lynn Harrison of Crow Creek, Shari McGhee of Crow Creek, Tracy Hopkins of Crow Creek; her nieces and nephews Jordan McGhee, Melissa Medicine Crow, Jason Sazue, Brandon Sazue, Jade Morin, Gene Red Hail, Shaina McGhee, and Staci McGhee.  She is also survived by her Dakota Milestone friends and family.

Jody was a beautiful special soul and was full of life.

Preceding her in death were her mother Detta McGhee and her brother Donavan McGhee.
