Donna Marie Lentz passed away on November 7, 2022 at home at Pukwana, SD.  Per Donna's wish, there will be no services.

Born September 8, 1955, the sixth of six children, to Joseph Hoffman Sr. and Eva Glenn (Swank) Hoffman at Letcher, SD.  Donna was united in marriage to Warren Strong and later Robert Lentz.

Throughout the years, Donna lived in several towns including Letcher, Sioux Falls, Spencer, Parkston, Kimball, Mitchell, and finally made Pukwana home.  She worked a number of jobs including at the meat packing plant in Sioux Falls and Mitchell, at a dairy farm, and housekeeping.  After she moved to Pukwana she worked on the farm and Casey's General Store for 13 years, Bottle Shop for five years, and lastly at Vet's for over four years until her health forced her to retire.

Donna is survived by her husband Robert Lentz; three children Sabrina Marie, Jeremy Lee (Katrina) and Jesse James; granddaughter Taylor; sister Joann Adeline Jewel (Elwood) and family; and sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins and family too numerous to mention.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her brothers Joseph Wayne Hoffman Jr., Leo Richard Hoffman, Glenn "Moose" Thomas Hoffman, William Timothy Hoffman, and grandparents.

A special thanks to June and Bob Dawely, Lonnie Sharping for helping Donna out so much and an extra special thank you for Jeanie Cummins, her very special friend, especially for the last year and half.
