Funeral services for Candida Dawn All Around, 46, of Redfield, SD will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 17, 2024 at the Community Center in Fort Thompson, SD with burial in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery at Stephan, SD.  Wake services will be 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Community Center in Fort Thompson, SD.

Anyone wishing to follow, the procession will leave at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday from the funeral home.

Candida Dawn All Around (Touched the Earth Winyan) age 46, was born in Wessington Springs on March 8, 1978 to Arlette All Around and Jerry Sazue and raised by Roland McBride Sr.

She grew up in Aberdeen, SD and relocated to Fort Thompson where she attended Crow Creek Tribal School and graduated with the Class of 1996.

She enjoyed volleyball and basketball and spending time with her family and friends.  She also enjoyed singing, dancing, and going to pow-wows.  She had a passion for cosmetology.

After she graduated from high school she briefly attended Lower Brule Community College where she pursued the special education field until her accident.

She is survived by her siblings Candace Big Eagle, Heather McBride, Lillian McBride, Tiffany McBride, and Danica All Around, Brandon Sazue Jr., Brent and Jeremy Sazue, Leslie (KK) Miller, Cheyenne, Hilary, Jason, and Tylie Sazue, Dion Reynolds, Nancy Walking Eagle (Sharpfish) and Jeremy Sazue Jr.

Preceding her in death were her mother Arlette All Around, uncle Roger, grandmother Marian Grey Owl, grandfather Henry All Around, Melvin and Donnie Grey Owl.
